Terms of Purchase / Privacy Policy
Scan My Ticket (ScanMyTicket.com and associated site) is a third-party ticketing service. We do not operate All of these events and cannot control unforeseen circumstances which may occur at an event. The events that Scan My Ticket does operate will be known on their ticketing page.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as this is a binding contract between you and Scan My Ticket. By agreeing to (checking the box) to these terms during your purchase and finalizing your transaction, you hereby bind yourself to these terms of this document.
The promoter of the event will have their own terms of purchase and refund policies.
1 (A). Refund Policy
All sales are final. There are no refunds, no cancellations, no credits, no exchanges, and no transfers after the order has been made. Unforeseen circumstances beyond control of Scan My Ticket will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to the following: local or national weather conditions and natural disasters (including pandemics') , waiting in lines, family and medical emergencies, and / or police actions,
Promoters, Venue owners, Security and Event Staff have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion, including but not limited to disorderly behavior, intoxication, venue capacity, breach of security restrictions. Ticket holders are aware of the following:

Amenities promised by promoters are not guaranteed by Scan My Ticket and are not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to Vip amenities, drink specials, gifts, express entry, specific areas, and celebrity guests.
1 (B). Policy for rescheduled or cancelled events due to COVID-19
Due to the impact of the global COVID-19 pandemic, some events may be unexpectedly postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond the control of Scan My Ticket, Event Staff, Promoters, Venue owners, and Security. Please review our updated policies for Cancelled Events or Postponed events.
2. Canceled Events
If the event is canceled, you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket. Service fee(s), shipping, and other fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. If the service fee is not listed, it may be embedded into the price of the ticket. To inquire about the amount of an embedded service fee, please contact Customer Support.
3. Postponed Events
Unforeseen circumstances, beyond the control of Scan My Ticket, Event Staff, Promoters and Venues, will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to local or national weather conditions and natural disasters, waiting in lines, family, and medical emergencies. This also includes postponement due to the request of local health authorities for any reason including COVID-19.
If the event is postponed, your ticket will be honored at a later date, to be determined by the Event Staff. Customers will be contacted with instructions on how to update your ticket, unless otherwise stated, there are no refunds for postponed events.
If for any reason the postponed event does not proceed at the future date, customers will be notified of how to request a refund for the face value of the ticket. Service fee(s), shipping, and other fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Customer Inquiries
All customer support is handled by the Scan My Ticket Customer Support System, in where the individual event promoter(s) handles all customer support and refunds.
5. Tickets

All tickets are e-tickets. You will be emailed your ticket when you purchase your ticket. In some instances, like Pay Pal, your ticket will not be emailed to you until Pay Pal payment is cleared and not pending.

In some instances, you will be required to show ID like a 21 and over event. If ID is required to enter the venue / event it will be posted on the event page, and / or in the event terms of purchase.
6. Release of Liability / Publicity Consent
Scan My Ticket is not affiliated with all the events or event sponsors and Scan My Ticket will not cover losses or damages arising from your voluntary participation in the events, including claims for personal injury, or damage(s) to personal property, or any other claims for negligence on the part of the events or event sponsors.
By purchasing the tickets through Scan My Ticket, you hereby release and forever discharge Scan My Ticket and its officers and agents or other companies owned by Scan My Ticket, from any liability or claims for damages that may arise because of your attendance and participation at the events.
It is hereby understood that the purchase of tickets by you and your participation in the events shall not be construed as an assumption on the part of Scan My Ticket of responsibility, liability, or control of the events.
You understand Scan My Ticket (and/or others on our behalf) will record and broadcast the Event(s) through photos, videos, webcasting, streaming, audio recording, or other means ("Recording") and your image, likeness, voice, words, and other identifying characteristics ("Image") may be captured in such Recordings. You agree to Recordings and consent to Scan My Ticket use of Recordings. You irrevocably grant Scan My Ticketand its agents, contractors, licensees and designees and their respective successors and assigns a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and fully paid-up, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, translate, display, perform and otherwise exploit Recordings and your image, in whole or in part, in any media format and through any media channel, in any manner and for any purpose in connection with Scan My Ticket business, including the Event or similar Events, and for any other lawful purpose. You waive and release all rights of privacy and publicity, and any claim to compensation or damages or of violation of intellectual property rights, in connection with Recordings and/or any advertising or publicity relating thereto. You represent that you have read and understand this release and are of legal age to agree to it.
